Welcome to Performance Mechanical LLC. By accessing this website or contracting our mechanical services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Services & Estimates
Performance Mechanical LLC provides heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and commercial mechanical services across Scott County, Carver County, and the Twin Cities metro area. All diagnostic assessments and service work are performed by trained mechanical professionals in compliance with Minnesota Mechanical Code (Chapter 1346).
Quotations for system replacements and major repairs are provided in writing and are valid for thirty (30) days from issuance, unless otherwise specified.
2. Authorization of Work
No repair or installation work will proceed without explicit verbal or written authorization from the homeowner or designated commercial facility manager. Diagnostic trip fees cover on-site assessment, troubleshooting, and testing.
3. Warranties & Guarantees
New equipment installations carry manufacturer parts warranties (typically 5 to 10 years depending on brand and registration) and our workmanship warranty as specified in your proposal. Workmanship warranties cover defects in installation and assembly but exclude damage resulting from lack of filter maintenance, extreme electrical surges, or unauthorized third-party tampering.
4. Emergency Dispatch Policy
Emergency dispatch is prioritized for hazardous situations, including complete heating loss during sub-zero Minnesota weather and commercial food service refrigeration failures. Response times vary based on severe weather, road conditions, and technician safety.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota.
